What began as a specialist supplier to the arts has grown into a full-service production company trusted by event organisers, venues, schools, councils, government departments and leading businesses. While our capabilities have expanded, our philosophy has remained the same:

While Mosaic AV started with one person and a backyard shed, it has grown because of the incredible people who make up our team today.
Our crew is made up of passionate professionals, each bringing their own specialties while also having a broad understanding of live event production. From lighting, audio and vision through to staging and production management, every person plays an important role in delivering seamless events.
We carefully select every member of our team not only for their technical ability, but for their attitude, professionalism and commitment to our clients. By surrounding ourselves with great people who genuinely care about what they do, we've built a team we're incredibly proud of—and one our clients can rely on, project after project.
OUR CORE TEAM
I founded Mosaic Audio Visual in 2008 with a vision to create a company that delivered exceptional technical production while building genuine relationships and putting people first.
What started in my backyard shed with a lot of passion, determination and a small collection of equipment has grown into the company you see today. Watching Mosaic evolve from those early days into a trusted production company working across theatre, corporate events, festivals, exhibitions and live entertainment has been an incredible journey.
While the equipment and projects have certainly grown over the years, the thing I'm most proud of is the culture we've built. I've always believed that great events start with great people, and I'm fortunate to work alongside an incredible team who genuinely care about what they do. Seeing our staff develop, our clients return year after year, and the amazing events we're able to be part of is what continues to inspire me.
No matter the size of the project, I still enjoy working alongside the team, helping bring ideas to life and finding the right solutions for our clients. Seeing a project come together from concept to completion is just as rewarding today as it was when I started Mosaic over 18 years ago.

I've always had a passion for the performing arts. After completing a Bachelor of Music at the Elder Conservatorium, I went on to perform as a showband musician aboard cruise ships before returning home to perform and record original music.
An opportunity to step in as a music theatre audio operator for a friend introduced me to the world of technical production. I was fascinated by the level of technical complexity, precision and collaboration that goes into bringing a production to life, and from that moment, I was hooked.
I've been working with Mosaic AV since 2011, initially as a freelance technician before taking on the role of Technical Director in 2023. Along the way, I've had the privilege of working alongside some incredibly talented people on a wide variety of productions and events, each one offering new challenges and opportunities to learn.
What I enjoy most about this industry is the balance between creativity and technical precision. Every project brings the freedom to explore new ideas while drawing on the proven processes and experience that ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard.
JAMIE
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
I built my first stage in Year 7, and I've been hooked on live production ever since.
After joining the industry professionally in 2015, I completed my Diploma of Live Production and Technical Services and built my career as a freelance technician, working across audio, lighting and staging for productions and events throughout Australia.
In 2019, I toured to South Korea as a Backline Technician and Audio Swing for the Korean production of School of Rock, before returning to Australia to join the national tour of Billy Elliot as Deputy Head of Audio.
I continued touring as Deputy Head of Audio on the Australian production of An American in Paris, finishing the tour in Perth as Head of Audio. In 2022, I joined the Australian production of Hairspray, opening the tour in Melbourne as Temporary Head of Audio before assisting with the Adelaide and Sydney transfers.
In 2023, I joined Mosaic AV full-time as Production Manager, where I oversee projects from planning through to delivery while still enjoying getting hands-on with the technical side of live events. Mosaic gives me the opportunity to keep my skills sharp by working on a number of productions each year, including the Elder Conservatorium Music Theatre course musicals, as well as selected events such as the Adelaide Cabaret Festival and WOMADelaide Stage 6.
I love the variety that comes with the industry—whether I'm managing a large-scale production behind the scenes or mixing audio for a live performance, there's always a new challenge and another great event to be part of.

Music has always been part of my life, and I have been playing since I was three years old. My interest soon shifted from performing to what happens behind the scenes, where I discovered a passion for audio. After experimenting with recording my own music and helping to mix school theatre productions and live music events, I found my place in live production.
Over the past four years, I have mixed audio for amateur and semi-professional theatre productions, toured Australia as the front-of-house engineer for Irish band The Shamrocks, and worked across major live events, including LIV Golf, Gather Round, the Superloop 500 and the Adelaide International tennis tournament. Through this work, I have developed particular expertise in audio and video signal distribution. As Head of Audio and Production Coordinator at Mosaic Audio Visual, I enjoy combining technical precision with creativity to deliver exceptional theatre and live music experiences.
What I enjoy most about working at Mosaic is the people and the variety. The team’s supportive culture and shared passion for delivering productions of every scale make it a fantastic place to work. No two projects are ever the same, and I value the opportunity to work with such a diverse range of clients, productions and venues.

I joined Mosaic Audio Visual in 2013 and have been lucky enough to build my career alongside a great team ever since. After completing my Diploma of Screen and Media at MAPS Film School in 2014, I started out as a camera operator before moving into vision switching, video directing, and system technician roles. Since 2024, I've led Mosaic's Video Department, and in 2025 I also took on the role of Production Coordinator, helping bring projects together from both a technical and operational perspective.
Over the years I've worked across corporate events, theatre productions, festivals, national and international touring shows, and various unique Gallery AV installations. Whether it's projection, camera systems, LED screens, or the technology that ties it all together, I enjoy making sure everything works the way it should.
One of the things I enjoy most about the industry is the variety. Every project is different, every venue presents a new challenge, and there's always something new to learn. I enjoy working closely with clients, production teams, and our crew to find practical solutions and help deliver events that run smoothly from planning through to show day.

WORKFORCE COORDINATOR
Lighting has been my passion ever since I discovered technical theatre in high school. After volunteering with the Riverland Musical Society from 2015, I began working professionally in the industry in 2017. Since then, I've completed my Diploma of Live Production and Technical Services and have had the opportunity to work with a range of production companies, building my technical skills and gaining valuable experience across all aspects of live event production.
Throughout my career, I've worked on everything from corporate presentations and awards ceremonies to designing and operating lighting for theatre productions across Adelaide. I enjoy collaborating with clients and creative teams to transform ideas into memorable experiences, using lighting to enhance every performance and event
I've also had the opportunity to teach lighting to students, working alongside teachers to introduce the next generation to technical theatre. I particularly enjoy the collaborative nature of these projects—helping students develop new skills, build confidence and discover the creative possibilities of lighting.
